I am trying to inform our administrator of the lectionary so that she can complete our Readers list for the coming months - I have been doing it myself up to now, but now have a volunteer to take it over. However, I cannot give her details of the lectionary without printing it out fully and handing it over, so that she can then type it in to her computer. She doesn't have VL, and it seems something of an expense to buy it for her just so that she can do a Readers List. Is there any way I can save it in WinWord or RTF, or anything that is readable by a non-VL programme?

Simple answer is "yes"

1. Go to the lectionary planner, and open the plan you want to send to your volunteer

2. Right click and then select "Export..."

3. You can then name the file you want to create and specify whether it should be an rtf or txt file, as well as specifying where you want the file to be created.

4. Click on Save and that should do it.
