| I do not seem to be able to access the hymns at all. I haven't been able to do so for some weeks. I have emailed VL 4 times, I have asked them to ring me. It is very irritating not to be able to speak to someone direct. Does anyone else have this problem. I tried to follow the instructions in a previous thread from Tim to Liz, but I didn't really understand what I was meant to do....anyone have any suggestions as to how I can get some sort of reply out of the VL people?

| Clare, tell me more about exactly what you're trying to do, and what is (or isn't) happening, and we'll help as soon as we can. Now that we've got the subscription issues sorted out, an update released, and we've spent the week dealing with the Chancellor's surprise, we'll have more time to help....

| OK. Thank you. I open VL. I click on a service - HC, I select the date. The readings all come up etc but the hymn section isn't 'live' ie the arrows going up and down in the sidebars aren't in bold. If I press on the hymns or side logo nothing happens. The hymn section is very useful and I miss not being able to access it, so if you can help, that would be great.
