Help with Visual Liturgy Live

On these pages you will find help and guidelines for using Visual Liturgy Live. In most cases, VL Live will install quickly and simply if you put the CD in your CD-ROM drive and let the software do the work. When the installation is complete, you'll be asked to register using the online registration form, and there are guidelines about how to do this on the registration page.

Once you're registered, you'll be able to get started with Visual Liturgy, and you can just dive in if you're confident, but you'll find a quick-start guide on the Getting started page, and lots of information in the manual.

 

Occasionally you'll run into problems, of course, and this section of the website is designed to help you get them sorted out as quickly as possible.

Some users have reported difficulties registering and re-registering Visual Liturgy Live, so we have prepared some guidelines to take you through the process. You'll find them on the page "Visual Liturgy Live registration."

If you've had problems during installation, before you've seen the registration screen, then start on the Installation page.

If you're having difficulty with managing your subscription or your team licence, then you'll find pages that deal with these questions, too - just look for the appropriate links on the left, under "Help with Visual Liturgy Live."

But if you can't find the help you're looking for on these pages, then you have a couple of options. There are forums associated with this website, and you may find that someone else has experienced your problem before you. Click on the link "Support Community" from the left-hand side of this page, and then click through to the forums.
